R.A.F.

This page has some photographs taken during WW2. Perhaps someone finding this page will recognise fathers and grandfathers. It would be such a shame for these to ignored and thrown away. As much information about each photograph will be included, if and where possible. For a copy of any of these please e-mail me.

The Changing Face of Clackmannanshire

Clackmannanshire has been changing very quickly recently. With all the ex-pats around the world, I thought it might be a nice idea to build a series of pages with photographs of the changes.

There is a lot going on in the County just now. Some ex-pats will hardly recognise the place.

About the Site

Clackmannan County Choir

Do you remember the County Choir which was begun by Mrs Pettigrew in about 1964/5? Were you a member?

The choir was made up of school children from over the county and aged from about 10 to school leaving age. I'd love to hear from you!

Devonvale Football Team

Clackmannanshire had many local football teams. I am currently compiling a history of these.

The Wyle Fyle

The 'Wyle Fyle' covers the Wyle name and derivatives from around England and not only family members. Due to the amount of Wyle's I had to search through, it seemed a waste to throw away the work not relevant, and so the site was born. From there, the other sites for family branches.
