SHANBODY is a
long forgotten place in the County of Clackmannanshire. The Barony of Shanbody was in the Parish and
Sheriffdom of Clackmannan. It was on the old road from
Kincardine to Clackmannan and was situated between Kilbagie and
Kennet Village. There are some legal papers relating
to it at the National Archives of Scotland.
