Russell E Crawford
Russell E Crawford was born
1st November 1913, and died 26th May 1988. He married
Blanche M.
Russell's last residence, from the
SSDI was Petrolia, Butler, Pennsylvania. He is buried in the Crawford
Cemetery at Brady's Bend, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania. Blanche was born
in 1921 and died in 1928. She is also buried at the Crawford cemetery in
Brady's Bend.
I have not been able to locate
Russell on the US censuses so I have no idea what his occupation was nor any
other snippets of information to help.

I am adding the following on this
website as it appears elsewhere on the internet. I do not like adding
information relating to living persons but I hope this might someone who can
answer some of my questions and join some piece of the puzzle together.
Paul E Crawford was born 13th October 1941 in
Crisswell, Armstrong County, and died 25th October 2003 in Evergreen
Nursing Center, Harmony. He married Betty Kay Murrin 2nd July 1960.
Paul E. Crawford, 62, of Chicora died at 4:45
a.m. Saturday at Evergreen Nursing Center, Harmony.
Born Oct. 13, 1941, in Crisswell, Armstrong
County, he was the son of the late Russell E. and Blanche M.
Crawford.
A welder at Pullman Standard until it closed in
1982, he welded several prototype railroad cars and taught at its
welding school.
He enjoyed target shoots, gardening, garage work
and Mopar and Mercedes cars.
Surviving are his wife, Betty Kay Murrin
Crawford, whom he married July 2, 1960; two sons, Thomas P. Crawford
of Chicora and Michael A. Crawford of Harmony; and seven
grandchildren. Three sisters, Ruby Cramer of Chicora, Margaret
Crawford of Butler and Mrs. Henry (Nancy) Vasbinder of East Brady;
and six brothers, Milton C. Crawford of Florida, Russell Crawford of
East Brady, Danny Crawford of Chicora, Dennis Crawford of Fairview
and Samuel and Tim Crawford, both of East Butler.
A sister preceded him in death.
CRAWFORD - Friends of Paul E. Crawford, who died
Saturday, Oct. 25, 2003, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
p.m. today at WILLIAM F. YOUNG FUNERAL HOME, 132 Main St., West
Sunbury. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home
with the Rev. Robert Mathias, pastor of Concord United Presbyterian
Church, officiating. Burial will be at Concord United Presbyterian
Church Cemetery.
