This is how Fanny ends up in Oxfordshire. Obviously
Henry Furneaux was in St Germans' when she landed the
job and the Furneaux family then moved to Oxfordshire
taking Fanny with them.
John Henry Knight was
on board ship in 1881 - I am not going to list the whole
ships company so only John is below. It has yet to be
confirmed that this is indeed the correct man but it
seems more than likely.
