Edith Alice Stevenson was born September 1883 in Liverpool, Lancashire, and died after 1901. She may have married one of these three men as all three were in the same list as her. John Salt or James Warden Stockwell in Burton in 1907 or Ernest Arthur Wood at West Derby. Until the marriage certificate is purchased it will not be known which one was actually her husband.

In 1891 Edith was at 71 Goldsmith's Street, Liverpool. In 1901 she was with her elder brothers James and William at 93 Stanfield Road, South Everton, Lancashire (dist 27) and she was working as a General Domestic Servant. They were visitors to a family called Davies.
