Thomas Farquhar Stevenson was born 28th January 1882 in Gillingham, Kent, and died 5th March 1963 in Joyce Green Hospital, Dartford. He married Mary Ann Lucy Gee 24th May 1905 in Dartmouth, Devon, daughter of Solomon Gee and Elizabeth Wills. She was born 25th October 1883 in Smith Street, St Saviour, Dartmouth, and died about 1962.

Thomas was at the Post Office at Wick with his family in 1891. He joined the Royal Navy and was an AB Seaman when he married and then went on to become a Petty Officer Royal Navy. He served in WW I. he was a munitions worker which would be during WW2. He later worked as an iron turners apprentice and then a fitter from which he retired. He lived at 106 North End Road, Erith, Kent.

Thomas and Mary had a daughter and three sons. 

Their daughter was Evelyn May Stevenson who was born 11th January 1909 at Dartmouth and died, unmarried, 22nd November 2003. She was buried at Wick, Worcestershire on 24th November 2003. She had lived at 1 Dorinda Cottages, Wick Pershore.
