Tilshead, Wilts, daughter of James Blake and Eliza Down(s).
She was born 1855 in Stowford, South Newton, Amesbury, Wilts, and died on 19th
January 1936
in Amesbury, Wilts.

27th October 1906 and was buried at Tilshead Wilts
on 31 October 1906.
In 1861 Charles
is at Buttermere then in 1871 he is at Fishers Farm, West Shefford Woodlands,
Berkshire. From 1881 onwards he was at Tilshead. He worked as an Agricultural
Labourer (Carter) in 1871, and between 1877 - 1906, Groom & General Labourer.
Louisa was a shepherd in 1861 and lived at Tilshead. In 1881 she 'Works on Farm
(Ag Lab)'.

Sarah Keziah Wyle was
born 15th December 1881, Durrington, Amesbury, Wiltshire and died 20th January 1954, Devizes,
Wiltshire. Known as Cis.
Keziah Wyle was born
28th March 1883, Durrington,
Amesbury, Wiltshire. She was known as Kezzie. She emigrated to Australia.
Elizabeth Ann Wyle was
born 29th June 1885, Durrington, Amesbury, Wilts and died 21st July 1966, Salisbury. Known
as Lizzie.

16th October 1972. Known as Nan.
Note:- There was only one son who
survived in this family but he then had an all girl family. The name should,
therefore have died out albeit for John Charles Wyle!
Also, Mary has both Keziah and
Eliza as a middle name. Perhaps this was changed when Sarah came along and was
given Keziah as a middle name. Then came Keziah! Sarah then had Louise as a
middle name. To add to the confusion they were not known by the family with
their own names! This juggling of names has led me to the conclusion that Jesse
Wyle was one in the same as the first of two James' born to Silus! |
