Edward William
Wyle was born 16 January 1878 in Tilshead, Wilshire, and died 8th November
1953 in Flood Cottages, Tilshead, Wiltshire. He married Edith Eliza Chapman
22nd February 1903 in Parish Church, Tilshead, Amesbury, Wilts., daughter of
Richard Chapman and Ruth.
She was born 1880 in Urchfont, Wiltshire, and died 27th October 1956 in Tilshead,
Wilts.

Edward
appears on the census for 1881 at Tilshead and remained there. He was an
agricultural labourer most of his life.
 He is buried in Tilshead Graveyard along
with his wife and a daughter.

Edith Wyle was born in 1905 at Amesbury. She married George J
Compton in 1939 at Salisbury.
