Mary Keziah
Wyle (known as Polly) was born 28th
June 1879 in Amesbury, Wiltshire, and died 1st April 1958. She married Frederick
George Blake 2nd September 1903 in Church of St Thomas a Becket, Tilshead, son of
George Blake and Ellen Trueman. He was born 1879 in Salisbury, and died 22nd
November 1943.
Mary was known as
Polly by the family but just to add to the confusion, her middle name was Eliza
and not Keziah on some documents. Perhaps this was changed to make way for
yet another female child in the family!
In 1881 Mary is
at Tilshead, she is also there in 1891 but staying with her grandparents. In
1901 she is a cook and staying at The Close, Salisbury.
Her sister Sarah is also there but it took a bit of finding as the names were
mis-transcribed. Frederick Blake was from Salisbury and was a carpenter.

This is only a possible son until further details are found.

April 1908, Amesbury
Alma Mary Blake, born 27 May 1909,

Robert Edward Blake, born 12 July 1915
Olive Grace Blake, born 30 April 1917.
Ronald Frederick Charles Blake, born
03 January 1919.
