Web Changes
Welcome to the new version of the web site. This
news page is where we'll announce the most recent
additions to our web site. If you've visited us before and want to know what's
changed, take a look here first.
The layout of the
web site has changed but most of the information will still be found, although
it might just be in a different place and under a different heading. Click on
the home page above for an explanation!
All pages will be
updated as I work my way through them. I have already added some additional
information and have more to add!
Some of the links
might not work, If you are desperate, contact
me and I will edit the page for you.
Navigation Bars
I have tried to
make the navigation bars a bit more straight forward, however, when you try to
simplify something, it generally ends up more complicated.
What should
appear on each page:-

Top Left -
Countries where Wyle's have appeared. Click on the one you want.

Top Right - Areas
where Wyle name groups appear within England (England only at the moment).

On
the left will be the Siblings of a person when
on a 'person' page.
-
On the
right will be the children of a person when on a
'person' page.
-
'Other
Stuff' appears on some relevant pages but can be
reached via the
Home page.
-
Various
other links appear on pages where appropriate.

My contact
and when the page was last updated appears at the
bottom.
If you find any
of the above missing from a page where it should be, please
contact me so I can
fix it. If something is missing that you have found before,
let me know. It may be that I have not made a link to it and
it can be easily and quickly remedied. It might be that it
appears somewhere else.
E-Mail Link
It has come to
my notice that some of the 'contact' links have not been
formatted properly. If anyone has had difficulty with
e-mails to me being undeliverable, please use the e-mail
link on the home page as I know that works. The rest of the
pages should work with the contact link at the bottom but I
have to go through every page to make sure. If you do use
one from another page and it doesn't work, go back to 'home'
and use that one - but let me know which one isn't working.
That's the snag with cutting and pasting - you copy the
mistakes!
